A rental should feel like somewhere you'd actually want to stay. We gave this San Antonio property a personality boost—working with what was already there and adding color, comfort and thoughtful details made for real guests (and better first impressions).
The challenge
Give the property a stronger point of view without turning a refresh into a full renovation. The bones were already there—we just needed to make the rooms feel more memorable, more connected and much better on camera.
The approach
Instead of replacing everything, we focused on the changes guests would actually notice. Color gave the bedrooms personality, textiles made things feel warmer, and furniture, art and styling helped pull the spaces together. The goal wasn't to make every room match. It was to make the whole stay feel like it belonged to the same place.
